Luminary Community Values

1. Self-Love, Kindness, and Celebration - Yes, our first value as a community is for you to be kind, loving, forgiving, tender, honest, and an amazing friend to YOURSELF. All other good things will flow from this first value. Your business, your family, your goals, all things start with a foundation of self-love and care. So if you are in this community, you commit to be tender, sweet, KIND, forgiving, honest, real, compassionate and LOVING to yourself. You commit to making sure you are prioritizing your self-care and well being, and that on a daily and weekly basis you are checking in with YOU to see how you are doing.
2. Positivity - Luminaries know that being positive is the courageous thing to do. Being pessimistic or cynical is the easy way out, and we are too focused, engaged, committed on becoming the best version of ourselves to waste any time on anything that won’t uplift ourselves, our companies, our loved ones, our community, and world.
3. Kindness - Luminaries are kind. Kindness is a choice, it means that we are intentional about being friendly, generous in spirit and thinking, and considerate to ourselves and each other.
